Add new product

1. Go to Inventory - Products from the dashboard to access to the product list.

2. Click the +add green button from the top right corner. Then select "new product" .

P.S adding new produts from specifications will be introduced seperatly.

3. In the pop-up window, fill in relevant product information. Please note all the areas with * are compulsaory.

The "end product" section needs to be un-check if your products have variations. P.S for information about product type and product variants, please see Create & Update Product Information

4. Go to Variations - Attributes - then click "+New Attribute"

5. In the pop-up window, input the attribute's name and select display type as "dropdown list". Then click Save

Bare in mind, some products may have more than one attribute. Such as clothing, they may have 2 attributes: i.e. colours and sizes. Then you need to add 2 attributes on the system.

6. Once all attributes are added, click the symbol in below image to add the details of the attribute.

7. Then go to variations, click the "regenerate" button to generate the product variants.

8. Go to Pictures, upload product images by clicking "upload new pictures" button, or you can drag the images onto the button.

9. Once the pictures are uploaded. Go back to variations again, and click onto each variant's edit button to associate the correct picture to the varaint.

10. Edit product basic information.

Go to "Basic Info" to edit the product's basic information. Such as name, descriptions. Also you can amend the category and other informations if needed.

Remeber to click the green "Update" button to save the changes once everything is done.
