Duplicated Product Variations

in most case, a products variations are duplicated several times when a product is having more than one default pictures to fix this problem, click the pen button on any of the duplicated variations and select "pictures" on the pop up window then choose 1 default pictures by click on the grey star when the star turns into green, they this pictures is set as defualt picture
